If the Service genuinely cannot function as described after working with our support team, we'll refund your initial subscription within 14 days of purchase. Simple as that.

Most issues are setup-related and easily solved. Before requesting a refund, we ask that you work with our support team - most customers are up and running within 24 hours with our help.

What IS Refundable

We provide refunds within 14 days of initial purchase when:

Trading losses: TelegramFX Copier is a tool, not a guarantee of profits. We cannot refund because you lost money trading
Signal provider quality: We don't control third-party Telegram channels. Poor signal performance is not grounds for refund
Dynamic Order Flow preference: Our AI automatically chooses between market execution and pending orders. If you prefer a different execution method, that's a feature preference, not a malfunction
Entry timing: Our software executes signals as received. If signal providers "steal signals" or send delayed signals, that's a problem with the provider, not our software

User Configuration & Responsibility

Setup mistakes: Incorrect money management settings, wrong lot size calculations, or misconfigured risk controls are user errors, not software defects
Symbol/suffix mapping: Forgetting to configure broker-specific symbol suffixes or mappings - this is covered in setup documentation
Demo testing failure: Going live without testing on demo first, as strongly recommended in our Terms of Service
"Didn't read documentation": Issues caused by not following setup guides or helpdesk articles

Subscription Management

Forgot to cancel: Renewal charges because you forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date
Renewal payments: All subscription renewals are non-refundable (only initial purchases qualify for 14-day guarantee)
Partial periods: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you retain access until the period ends but receive no prorated refund
Promotional discounts: Special pricing, discounts, and promotional offers are final sale

You are responsible for managing your subscription. We send renewal reminder emails, but if you don't want to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. We cannot refund renewal charges because you forgot to cancel.

Canceling Your Subscription

You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period

No refunds for remaining time: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you keep access until the period ends but don't receive a prorated refund.

Renewal reminders: We send email reminders before renewals, but it's your responsibility to cancel if you don't want to continue.
